 Making payments for utilities and services - electricity, water,

internet, cleaning, gardening, pool, extra maintenance.

Inspection visits twice a week. (Aditional status check In the event of natural disasters such as hurricanes or heavy rain)

Supervision with transportation included of the following services:

-Cleanning

-Gardening services

-Pool maintenance

-Maintenance and repairs

-Fumigation 

(The cost of Fumigation, laundry, cleanning, gardening, pool maintenance, repairs to be paid by the owner)

 Shopping Service for the property, cleaning products, flowers, supermarket items, etc.

Verifying prior to each arrival that the property is ready to receive guests and the standars are maintained.

Monthluy report and account statement withf utilities and property taxes.

Monthly report and account statement with income and expenses via e-mail.
